Housing Navigator
The Housing Navigator plays a crucial role in the RE:center’s efforts to address homelessness and remove housing barriers in the community. This position involves engaging with households experiencing homelessness, participating in community meetings, fostering relationships with housing providers, organizing engagement events, and collaborating with various stakeholders to increase housing options. The Navigator will also work closely with law enforcement, health providers, tribal communities, and criminal justice representatives to ensure effective resource education, referrals, and navigation for the homeless population. This is a grant-funded position through the Special Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness (Special NOFO) in Arizona.
